It Started with My Breath...

My circuitous journey to a relaxed and balanced way of living was paved by decades of striving, competition, injury and, honestly, a lot of anger. More than once my doctor suggested a yoga asana class. Of course, I waited until things got really chaotic. Finally breaking down, I went to a class and what do you know? It felt GREAT in my body AND my mind wasn’t racing for the first time in recent memory.

Then things started to snowball…
